
PATTERSON NAMED ALBERTA HOCKEY HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE
Colin Patterson has been named to the 2026 class of Alberta Hockey Hall Of Fame inductees.
Patterson spent 10 seasons in the NHL, eight of those with the Calgary Flames, playing in 504 games and scoring 206 points. A defensive forward, he finished his NHL career as with a +92 rating. In 1989, he captured the Stanley Cup with the Flames, suiting up for 22 playoff games and posting 13 points and a +10 rating that spring.
Following his playing career, he settled in Calgary and has been active member of the Flames alumni group for many years. He has dedicated himself to working in the community and is involved in several initiatives and organizations in Southern Alberta.
The 2026 AHHF Induction Gala will be held Saturday, July 18 at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre in Red Deer
